The front swing spiral welded pipe mill is to open and level the steel coil through the mill equipment, and then feed it into the forming machine at some angles. By using the principle of three-roller winding machine and some angles, a continuous round pipe is formed, and the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When the steel coil is coiled, uncoiled, levelled and subject to shearing butt welding, the main machine should stop for waiting, and after the butt welding of the steel coil is completed, the main machine should start for production.
