Established in 2000, we specialize in R&D and manufacturing of LG/LD series cold pilger mills, covering Φ3mm–Φ450mm with maximum rolling speeds up to 320 strokes/min, achieving a full upgrade from semi-automatic to fully automatic control. We also design and supply tube/bar straightening machines, cold drawing machines and complete metal tube processing equipment. Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and Specialized & Innovative Enterprise, we hold multiple independent intellectual property patents.   • COLD PILGER MILL
    A cold pilger mill is a cold‑rolling machine for seamless tubes, employing ring‑shaped grooves to plastically deform hollow shells at ambient temperature. Its key attributes include: High material yield – significantly higher than cold drawing, reducing waste. Superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish – better geometric precision and smoother surfaces than drawn tubes. Large reduction per pass – up to 70‑90% (e.g., >90% for copper alloys, ~80% for stainless steels, ~75% for titanium alloys), minimizing intermediate steps. Refined microstructure – the rolling process produces fine, dense grains, improving mechanical strength and physical properties. Wide material compatibility – processes carbon/alloy steels, stainless steels, non‑ferrous metals, rare metals, and even low‑plasticity or high‑alloy materials. Product series – LG type (two‑roll, high output) and LD type (multi‑roll, thin‑wall precision tubes) Advanced high‑speed models – incorporate multiple servo motors, closed mill stands, side roll‑changing, and dual‑segment balance systems; realize continuous loading, feeding, and fully automated operation with electronic cam control, Broad applications – machinery, petrochemical, automotive, instrumentation, metallurgy, and aerospace, producing precision, ultra‑long, thin‑walled, and high‑strength tubes.
  • Straightening Machine
    A vertical tube straightening machine is a specialized metallurgical equipment used for straightening metal tubes, bars, and profiles. It features a vertical configuration with bi-directional full-drive design, and the straightening rolls are arranged horizontally in a crossed pattern. Key characteristics include: High-quality roll material – rolls are made of wear-resistant materials such as GCr2MoV, ensuring durability and large torque transmission. Advanced roll pass design – the oval translation curve roll profile effectively prevents spiral indentations and surface scratches on the straightened material, while also improving cross-section ovality. Strong and rigid structure – the vertical frame provides high rigidity and large straightening force; the force direction is vertically downward during operation, ensuring high stability. Wide material compatibility – suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, and other tube and bar materials. High straightening accuracy – achieves precision up to 0.2%–0.5%. Continuous operation capability – easy bite-in and stable feeding enable sustained online operation. Broad applications – widely used in metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries for heavy-duty finishing of thick-wall tubes, large-diameter bars, and heavy forgings.
  • Draw Bench
    The three-line cold drawing bench is a specialized piece of equipment for the cold drawing of tubes and bars. It applies high tensile force to pull metal tubes to predetermined specifications, altering their diameter and length to achieve the required dimensional accuracy. Its core features include: the ability to draw 1 to 3 tubes or bars simultaneously, delivering production efficiency several times higher than that of single-line units; the use of small-pitch chains and a double‑chain structure to reduce the polygonal effect and improve bamboo‑like surface defects; fully automatic functions covering feeding, mandrel insertion, drawing, and discharge; a drawing carriage running on high‑precision guide rails, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish of finished products; and the cold drawing process itself, which refines the grain structure and enhances the strength and hardness of the material.
