  Solid State HF Compact Welder-Parallel Type

  The parallel solid-state high-frequency all-in-one machine uses high-power IGBTs and high-efficiency core transformers to replace traditional thyristors and rectifier transformers. With power factor ≥0.95, low harmonic pollution, stable output, fast protection, high efficiency, compact size and easy maintenance, it is suitable for welding low carbon steel, high strength steel and alloy steel in various ERW pipe applications.

  Solid State HF Pipe Welder

  Ordinary three-phase 380V/50Hz alternating current is converted into adjustable-voltage pulsating direct current via the rectifier circuit. After filtering, the DC enters the inverter bridge, and then achieves metal heating through resonance in the load tank circuit. The equipment adopts a modular structure, with an oil-immersed step-down transformer at the input, a low-voltage MOS type inverter bridge, and a parallel resonance mode for the tank circuit. It features mature technology, low failure rate, split design for easy on-site placement, good heat dissipation and low cost.
