  Flying Cold Saw

  Flying cold sawing is a new online cutting technology in H.F. welded tube industry. Compare with the friction heat saw, its most major charateristic is the cold milling principle. The end of the tube is smooth and without burr after cutting off. For high quality requirements, these is no need off-line second treatment. In addition, due to the use of servo tracking technology, cutting length accuracy is higher than the traditional computer flying saw. Dust and noise pollution are obviously reduced in the production prcess.

  High Speed Flying Cold Saw

  KK-5H high-speed flying cold saw was developed by KaiKong to meet the requirement of high-speed thin wall pipe. KK-5H is driven by synchronous belt saw, and the carriage servo motor is placed on the fixed base. The carriage is made of aluminum alloy, which greatly reduces the weight of the saws. With the high power sevor motor, the flying saw can reach 150 m/min at the highest speed. At the same time, KK-5H can also be used for short pipe cutting on line.

  Profile Milling Saw

  KK-7 series profile milling saw is a kind of two-blade flying saw which is normally used in cutting off tubes with big diameter and wall-thickness during tube production. The two baldes are installed oppositely on one rotary disk, move in R-θ mode to cut off tubes. The mechanical part of profile milling saw is composed of bottom, carriage car, rotating headstock, feed system, sawing system, front and rear clamps, speed measuring system, hydraulic system and so on. The profile milling saw clamp is a hydraulic power clamp set at the front and rear, and adopts a patented four-direction automatic centering mechanism to ensure that the center position of the steel pipe is accurate after clamping. When applied to the welded pipe unit for bottom line forming, the profile milling saw base can be controlled by a servo motor to go up or down.
