  Sharp-corner square and rectangular hollow sections with 0–3 mm corner radius are square and rectangular hollow structural steel tubes widely used for curtain wall uprights and various mechanical applications. They are named sharp-corner square & rectangular tubes owing to their corner radius ranging only from 0 mm to 3 mm. Sharp-corner square tubes manufactured via in-line hot forming can reduce internal material damage during forming, deliver stable mechanical properties, and prevent adverse issues such as corner radius cracking and fracture during service.
