  Continuous Annealing Furnace

  　XR-LT continuous annealing furnace is XR latest version annealing furnace for LWC coil, straight cut length tube, pancake and jumbo coil. The furnace consists of front and end vacuum chamber, front buffer section, heating chamber, rear buffer section, cooling chamber, tube feeding table, tube stacking plat form as well as returning conveyor. The furnace has inner furnace and inner tube purging system. The annealing is running under N2 atmosphere protection. The heating power is electricity or natural gas. Enforced Ventilation and special designed heat exchanger ensures equal and stable heating and cooling, it also shortens the heating and cooling time. It is a multi layers, multi coils, high efficiency, energy saving, high quality and less space advanced continuous annealing furnace.

  PSW Rolling Mill

  XR-SG90 PSW Rolling Mill (hereafter called rolling mill) is the most important pieceofequipment for casting & rolling process copper tube production. The main motor drivesthemain shaft and the second motor drives the planetary shaft and drives to the rolls. Therolledtube can be kept not rotating by adjustment of the speed of the second motor, whichmakesitpossible to produce super long tube for on line recoiling. The feeding material for the rolling mill is the shell tube. The rolling temperaturecanreachto701℃~850℃ during the rolling due to the high reduction (elongation is 12-16times) at fastreduction speed. Then good recrystalization will happen after the rolling by thewater coolingapplied to the tube, which makes the rolled tube good draw capability, small toleranceontube wall thickness.

  Inner Groove Machine

  　XR-ZLCX Upwards block inner grooved tube machine is XR latest generation inner groovedcopper tube machine (hereafter call IGT machine). It combines the advantages of all existingIG machine and it is the ideal substitute for the traditional V-groove IGmachine, spinnerblock IG machine, and others. It is a new generation IGT machine. The machine is composed of coil pay off, IG tube shaping, drawing machine, receiving, control system and so on. It is used to produce φ5～φ9.52 IG copper tube.
