  The QG-TORNADO-800 heavy-duty laser pipe cutting machine without chuck adopts the unique "pipe stationary, head rotating" technology, which can complete the cutting, intersection line, beveling, and special hole processing in one go. The maximum diameter of the round pipe is 800mm, and it is suitable for profiles such as profile steel, H-beam, channel steel, and angle steel. The standard processing length is 12 meters, and the single pipe can bear a weight of up to 6 tons. It uses a 20KW laser, with a repeatability positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. The pipe does not rotate, which is more stable, and there is no tail material. The fully automatic feeding and discharging mechanism is adopted. It is widely used in fields such as steel structures, construction machinery, rail transportation, shipbuilding, new energy equipment, etc., providing efficient and intelligent solutions for heavy profile processing.
