The chipless rotary tube cutting machine is a device that integrates head-cutting, mid-cutting, and beveling functions. The roll arrangement of the straightening machine is a multi-roll configuration, specifically a vertically mounted, fully driven inclined-roll straightener. As the steel pipe passes through the machine, its deformation exceeds the material's elastic limit, achieving ideal straightening results, including correction of pipe curvature and ovality. The straightening roll angle is adjustable within a range of 27° to 33°, allowing adjustment of the roll inclination angle to accommodate various pipe diameters and achieve excellent straightening performance.
