Booth Application Procedure

Step 1: Application form
Option 1 From Website: Download Application form*
Option 2 From Organizer: Contact Organizer for original application form

Step 2: Sign up
Fill in booth application form; authorized signature, and company stamp required

Step 3: Submission
Fax the copy to Organizer first and mail the original application form to Organizer

Step 4: Deposit payment, confirmation of admission of space
Organizer issue the invoice after receipt the booth application form;
Arrange the payment before the date indicated in the invoice

Step 5: Booth allocationOrganizer allocate stand after receipt the deposit　

Step 6: Booth confirmation letter
Organizer send booth confirmation letter and exhibitor service manual
